## What we did

- Deployed specialised SAM solution which audits servers and workstations to monitor which products have been installed and when they are used  
- Implemented an integration into the customers service request platform to automate:
  
  - The capture of license details when new ad-hoc installations are detected  
  - Deployment and removal automation through integration with enterprise package deployment platform  
  - Implementation of an automated removal campaign workflow based on application low-usage
- Real-time audit of compliance through entitlement vs actual consumption metrics

- Two-way integration between Enterprise Service Management (ESM) platform which leverages CMDB, self-service request management, end-user survey management  
- Multi million dollar liability reduction within first six months
